Domiciliary Care Service
At CCGA Healthcare, our Domiciliary Care Service (also known as Visiting Care) provides personalised support that helps adults live safely, confidently, and independently in their own homes.
Whether it’s short-term assistance, long-term daily visits, or complex personal care, we’re here to help you or your loved one live well at home.
What Is Domiciliary Care?
Domiciliary care is professional support provided in your own home — giving you flexibility, dignity, and comfort while maintaining independence.
Our fully trained carers visit at times that suit you, from 30-minute check-ins to full-day support or overnight stays.
This service is ideal for adults who:
Need help with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
Require meal preparation and nutrition support
Need medication reminders or assistance
Benefit from companionship and emotional support
Have long-term conditions requiring ongoing care
Are recovering after hospital discharge
Need short-term respite for family carers
Our Approach to Home Care
At CCGA Healthcare, we believe that home is where care feels most personal.
Our approach is built on:
Clinical leadership: care plans are overseen by a former Registered Nurse and Clinical Associate, ensuring medical insight and safety.
Digital care management (DCME): every visit is recorded in real time for transparency, quality monitoring and family peace of mind.
Trained, DBS-checked staff: all carers are vetted, skilled and continuously supported through training and reflective supervision.
Flexible scheduling: from one visit a week to several per day, we fit around individual needs.
Partnership with professionals, we work closely with GPs, district nurses, social workers and occupational therapists.
Our mission is simple: care that empowers independence, not dependence.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is an independent regulator of health and social care services in England. Being regulated by CQC ensures that care providers, like your domiciliary care and supported living services, meet rigorous standards of quality, safety, and compassion.
